Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders

Sometimes the following situations can occur with packages marked as delivered:

  • The package was delivered and left somewhere discreet to prevent it from being stolen
  • Someone at home or a neighbor may have accepted the package on your behalf
  • The package was marked as delivered a few days in advance--this is common and ends up showing up a day or two later!

Please allow 3 business days (Monday-Friday) past your noted delivery date for these possible delays in receiving your package. We advise checking your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and other areas near your home. We also recommend asking neighbors if they may have received the package for you.

If the package hasn’t arrived after 3 business days or in the event that the shipment has been stolen, please send us an email to support@alikanaturehair.com with your order number and one of our team members will get back to you as soon as possible!

For damaged or defective items, please reach out to us at support@alikanaturehair.com with photos of the package/item and your order number. We will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.

Free Shipping

We offer free US shipping on orders $49 and above.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected. Please also take into consideration delays during busy holiday periods.

Standard/Economy Delivery: Typically arrives within 10-12 business days.
